But when displaying on a NCD Xterm Explora 450, netscape crashes while starting up java with an EMT trap. I searched www.freebsd.org and saw some similar problems, but no resolutions to those problems. There was mention of a problem with using 16-bit displays. The NCD display is at 1280x1024 at 8bpp, with 32MB. The machine is P100, 64MB, ATI Mach64, Buslogic BT946C >How-To-Repeat: Install port ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.ORG/pub/FreeBSD/ports/www/netscape4-navigator Run netscape with the display on a NCD Xterm Explora 450 and visit the url http://www.leggmason.com/ >Fix: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
