There is one other alternative for submitting a bug report that has
not been mentioned:

	     /usr/ports/sysutils/gtk-send-pr    GTK2 send-pr tool

This is a POP3 alternative for those that do not need/want to bother
with sendmail configuration/security.  

Just thought I'd mention it since it is another alternative to 
submitting a PR that doesn't get mentioned and isn't nearly as 
daunting to new users as sendmail.  However, of course, if the online
form is restored, its a moot point.
