If it's saying "Your libtool installation is out of date.  Please remove and reinstall /usr/ports/devel/libtool.", then you simply need to reinstall libtool from your ports tree.  First, you may wish to use cvsup to update your ports tree, then run 'make install' in /usr/ports/devel/libtool.  Alternatively, you can simply install a newer libtool package.  The FreeBSD Handbook has detailed instructions for all of the above.
