Please use kernel instead of the wrong-used term kernal. =)

Sure, provided you have a FreeBSD version which has CAM.  This means
2.2-SNAP-CAM or 3.x or later.

Simply include the ahc0 driver/controller in your kernel file and you
should be settled.
