Hi Ted,

If you could send us some copy, and an image to use on that page (plus a
bigger image if you like - you'll notice some of them are linked to a
larger copy of the cover image) then I'll add them.

I think I mailed you asking for the above things at some point in history,
but that was at least 18 months ago now, so I don't remember the details.
