We could modify bsd.gnome.mk to use WANT/HAVE_NAUTILUS macros, and check for nautilus-config (of course nautilus-config is currently broken [I meant to fix this]). I can cook up some patches if this sounds like a good idea. Else, the WITHOUT_NAUTILUS knob would work.
