This commit is just a bundle of several individual simple updates, it
doesn't touch any dependencies outside horde4 nor add any new features.
E.g a update to horde5 would probably not be feature safe - so I have to
wait until 9.1.

I have no knowledge of the plone ports so I can't judge if it is a
feature-safe update or not.
