Yes, you're right ! So vxlan interface is created and brought up prior to the usb ethernet. Hi Patrick, Another approach to overcome this is preloading the driver via = `/boot/loader.conf` since your usb ethernet is always plugged in. I managed to repeat the issue you reported, and can confirm that preload = the usb ethernet driver can workaround it.
