I see.  As a workaround, maybe two addresses can be configured on the
interface?  A /128 to the VPS' gateway, and a second address from your actu=
al
/64 allocation?  That way it is valid to send traffic to the VPS gateway via
the interface, but hosts outside of your /64 are directed over the gateway
rather than the local link?
