Yes, at some point. I did solve the problem: I finally deleted all packages that were installed directly from cpan, and= added them back with the pkg_add command. Now all is well. It -seems- that= adding things via cpan does not update the pkgdb like pkg_add or= portupgrade does. Thanks, Chris
