Ignore that part of my email if you didn=E2=80=99t mean compatibility with other operating systems. As for the change, my concern is basically the following. The only effect of this commit is that all the users with the =E2=80=98russian=E2=80=99 login class will be automatically switched = from KOI8 to UTF8 as a part of the next update. Do we actually want this to happen? -- ST4096-RIPE
