Synopsis: pstree (sysutils/psmisc) don't work in jail

State-Changed-Why:
Pstree doesn't work in a jail because there is no init process with
PID=1. I have looked at the code and it tries to be smart with
accepting a process with PPID=1, but that will fail 95% of the time
since there is always at least syslogd and crond running with PPID=1.
