Unbelievable... that such a simple program could crash the whole X server... Does this happen in similar programs (speyes, wmeyes, xeyes+) too? > @Polytropon: what version of xeyes/xorg-server are you using? Currently none. My system is too old, I currently can't install any new software without reinstalling the whole system.
