Rest is idling. I think I've spotted the bottleneck. But I don't know how to fix it. Playing off the dvd-drive and I get a thoroughput at ~2MB/s. Copying off the dvd-drive it's up to about ~20-25 MB/s (UDMA33). And playing off the harddrive CPU becomes the bottleneck (as it should) and thus only skips a "few" frames. Copying and playing of the dvd-drive simultaniously gives a thoroughput at ~2MB/s and makes movies unplayable. It's as if xine fix the drive at a to slow speed (1x?). Can I fix this somehow?
