Hi, How to configure freeBSD kernel to mount NFS as a root filesystem. In case of Linux we will set the bootargs ( In kernel command line args, we will give the server ip and path of file system.) 1) In Free BSD, make installworld will install all the utils in DESTDIR, that DESTDIR we can use as the file system. am i correct? 2) If my first point is correct then how to configure my kernel DESTDIR as a root filesytem. where to give the path of DESTDIR and DESTDIR machine IP in the kernel. Thanks in advance.
