Does anyone know what = the all zero=20 session ID for a Livingston Radius Server 2.0 means?
 
I had previously = thought that it was=20 a reboot record for the communication server, but I have
noticed that there are = some=20 connections that are established before an all zero session = ID
that remain active = after=20 it.
