Hmm, yes I suspect the identifier in the 'device' column is arbitrary. Some other thoughts (possibly equally useless ;-) : Do you have the executable /sbin/mount_linprocfs ? Does the mount point /compat/linux/proc actually exist ? Malcolm Kay
