i haven't bought the card yet. still looking for server class intel hardwrae for a departmental web server/servlet container. if this means that i can run 5.3 with this card, i'll go ahead and buy it. will only be able to send you the 'pciconf' output once i get my hands on the card. how long do you need to get something working? and can i run 'pciconf' before installing (i guess off of the live cd image)? btw; which version of the ports collection is included on the 5.3-RELEASE (especially Apache2 & Tomcat)? thnks n rgds, -kc. scottl@pooker.samsco.org wrote on 12/10/2004 11:34:10 PM: > 5.2.1 does not, but 5.3 likely could with just a small change.
