It lasted for about 1 hour.
After make clean it shows like this:
Filesystem    Size   Used  Avail Capacity  Mounted on
/dev/ad2s1f   1.2G  1049M    71M    94%    /usr

the biggest was:
Filesystem    Size   Used  Avail Capacity  Mounted on
/dev/ad2s1f   1.2G   1.2G -63.3M   106%    /usr

Some one suggested me that there is a reserved space that can be 
accessed  when being root (which a was in order to make mod-php4).
