Get the Perl CD bookshelf from O'Reilly. 5 books on 1 CD, "Programming Perl", "Perl for System Administration", "Perl in a Nutshell" "Perl Cookbook", and "Advanced Perl Programming". They also throw in a paperback copy of Perl in a Nutshell. It's $80 but worth every penny. When I am hacking perl, which happens a lot, I have a browser open with this loaded into my web server on my machine.
