The system still boots ok and runs fine but I would like to know why I'm getting the core dump. I can an error saying "hostname() does not exist". I am not on a network, this is a standalone box. Anthor issue is I would like to know how to disable or remove the FreeBSD boot manager. I have chosen to use the OS/2 Warp boot manager but after installing FreeBSD and using their boot manager my system goes to the FreeBSD boot manager and then the OS/2 Warp boot manager. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Tony Esposito :)
