BUT, cvsup will only allow a tag of: ports-all tag=. and won't allow you to specify which cvs branch to get ports out of; if you specify a tag such as REL_ENG_2.2 for ports, the sample file says it will delete your existing ports tree. So, my question: How do I cvsup a "stable" ports collection to go with my 2.2.8-STABLE system? Or doesn't it matter, or do I have to just ftp the port-stable directories, or ??? I can't find the answer to this in the handbook, etc. Thanks for your time!
