Thank you! I actually normally change my power settings in Windows 10 for the followin= g: Choose what the power buttons do: - When I press the power button? Do Nothing - When I press the sleep button? Do nothing Haha. I changed the "power button" option to "Shut down" and now it works. = I also first tested it by changing it to "Turn off the display", and a sing= le pkill made my monitor turn off. Then I moved the mouse and the screen tu= rned back on. So that makes completely sense why it was ignoring me.
