Hmm. Its been a while since I used it. (I couldn't get it working on my system since I upgraded to Solaris 2.6 (now I am at 2.7). I think you need to edit a rplay.conf file so it knows where the sounds are. Did you that? My old rplay.conf file has: /usr/local/sounds/complete.au /usr/local/sounds/identify-please.au /usr/local/sounds/not-programmed.au /usr/local/sounds/thank-you.au Hope that helps.
