The card works fine in FreeBSD and Windows once the OS has taken control, but on the machines I have tried it on, there is no Adaptec BIO banner at the boot time, and as a result, the system cannot be booted via this card. I have tried everything from flashing up my M/B BIOS to trying every option in the BIOS config. I understand that this is not really FreeBSD related, as the problem occurs before it even starts, but I'm grasping at straws here... ;) Many thanks in advance.
