Its not as if they can > do 100% testing from the factory. :-) Also, check to see if your CD-R blank's rated speed (8x, 10x, etc) matches up with the speed that your burner burns at. I ruined a stack of good blanks before I realized that I was attempting to burn 8x blanks at 10x.
