 Arrghh! Micro$oft's finest made a complete mess of the shell archive, so
 here it comes again - with Eudora this time (don't ask why I can send it
 from my FreeBSD box, it's a long story).
 
 Just in case Eudora screws it up too, I've uploaded a copy to
 ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/cgihtml.port.shar.gz
