 * The tool changes for handling this were committed to RELENG_2_2
 * almost a month ago.  Grab a recent copy of src/usr.bin/sgmlfmt
 * and do a `make install'. 

Really?  I'm sorry, I must have missed the commit message.  I backed
out my change.
