I sent the following email to girgen@ but have not heard back yet. Can someone please update this package? I am already pointing people to FreeBSD ports for the latest package.

Greetings;

I see that you are the FreeBSD maintainer for the PyGreSQL port. I am
just about to release version 3.8. The files are already in place so
if you upgrade the port Makefile it should work and allow you to test
and commit before I actually announce the release. I am just about to
upgrade the NetBSD package as well.

Thanks.

As far as I can tell, just change the version number in the Makefile but I have no FreeBSD box to test that on.
