The two - text install and graphical install - aren't mutually exclusive. If I may draw our friends from Redmond, WA into the picture again, they start with a text install (on three floppies) and only after that start with the CD-ROM and the graphics. (That's when you have to fill in how many licenses you have bought :( ). - Peter
