You can't fit freebsd + x into less than 200 megs, you need a bit over
300
megs.  How much ram do you have? perhaps you can give a lot of that
swap space to freebsd?

If you want to install the ports collection and source code you'll 
need even more space, my suggestion if 1-2 gigs for a comfortable system
that you'll have space to play with packages and programs on.
