In that case, trial and error. There might be some documentation for your motherboard that would at least specify what is on the SM Bus, if not their actual addresses. I was just looking at the ICH specs because I was trying to hack in support for an ICH6 SMBus, but they don't even give conventions for placing the slave devices. Good luck.
