Why don't you just try?
It is impossible to tell without the exact name of the card.

Seeing the discussion in bsd-nomads ML, PAO for FreeBSD 3.2 is yet 
under testing outside the CVS repository.
PAO for FreeBSD 3.1-RELEASE is *very* near to be announced and 
perhaps easier to install. The status is actually only to be announced.
