Hello All, Something very weird has happened to my FreeBSD Box. I have versions 4.3 installed and set up an IPFW Client firewall. My box is connected to an ADSL so I left it on and went out to work. Surprise - as I got back at night from work I could no longer access anything from the outside world - though it was as kinda strange I flush all the rules and tried to "see" the outside world - nothing. So I did an ifconfig and the interface was gone !!!! I know the interface IS working because I put it in another machine and it worked perfectly ! Isn't that weird? Did any of had a similar problem? Do you have ANY ideia of what might have caused this? thanx in advance, guilherme ===== _________________________________________________ If the single man plant himself indomitably on his instincts, and there abide, the huge world will come round to him. - Emerson (1803-1882) __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
