How do I upgrade from 4.0 to 4.3?

/stand/sysinstall,  Choose Configure|Distributions|Source.   doesn't
work!

I checked http://www.mostgraveconcern.com/freebsd/

cd /usr/ports/net/cvsup-bin && make && make install && make clean

>> Couldn't fetch it - please try to retrieve this
>> port manually into /usr/ports/distfiles/ and try again.
*** Error code 1
