perhaps, then, it should be simply called "URL".

(i think it's a good idea, btw.  i often use the ports
collection as a reference for finding good copies of sources when
i need to build them for _other_ systems, not just freebsd.  then
items like "MASTERSITE" and the proposed "URL" are very handy.)
