As more stuff gets integrated into the Handbook, an issue comes of what
sorts of things should ship with the system distinct ascii files. The
obvious one is the copyright file. Do people have any strong feelings
about this one or any others in shar/FAQ/Text? Once the Makefile for the
handbook is in place, I plan to zap most, if not all of the directory
since it contains out of date, and dangerously inaccurate information.

Its silly to maintain multiple versions of files like this.
