For the sysutils option:
Salt uses many py-modules that aren't necessary for salt itself (just modul=
es
that can be executed on remote minion, like py-psutil, py-pip). It should be
added by default (pkg), but making it configureable when using ports/poudri=
ere
could reduce a lot of (imho unnecessary) dependencies.

I agree, ftp/curl should be removed from options. Not sure for
security/ca_root_nss as it could be used in
