I am slowly getting the hang of a number of bits and pieces. It would help if there was a guide to finding likely places that need configuring. I have got as far as recognising that anything that starts with a '.' and ends in 'rc' might be worth looking at. But for the rest? Wow! There seem to be dozens of the little blighters hidden in all sorts of places. Any simple statement of principle out there? Help! (in a small voice, of course.) Rick Twyman.
