Doug, I hate to correct you as you are right about so many things.  But this
time I believe that you maybe in error.  Am looking at page 8 in The Design and
Implementation of the 4.4BSD Operating System, and I quote. "Software from
Berkeley is released in Berkeley Software Distributions (BSD)-for example, as
4.3BSD."
