Since we're now using the modular build, the upgrade is pretty much painless. If you're using the x11/xorg meta-port, upgrade should be as easy as: # portupgrade -R xorg Users of nvidia-driver will have to make sure Composite extension is turned off and start Xorg with the following command: $ startx -- -ignoreABI The -ignoreABI option is a Xorg option. If you're using gdm, kdm or xdm, you will have to modify your configuration file so that Xorg starts with this option. An updated nvidia-driver should be released soon." I did tryed to start x with "startx -- -ignoreABI" but it gives the same error. The port`s are up-to-date, (I used portsnap) and I i did an portupgrade -a -r -R but x dose not start with "nvidia" line. Any Ideeas to start X with nvidia driver except waiting for a new driver? How i do an downgrade to xorg to use this nvidia driver?
