This fails to package for me. The only option I have set is HWLOC. I 
think the issue is that bin/sh5util and man/man1/sh5util.1.gz do not 
exist unless HDF5 is on and only bin/sh5util is conditional in pkg-plist:

     zinc 66 # fgrep sh5util pkg-plist
     %%HDF5%%bin/sh5util
     man/man1/sh5util.1.gz
     %%PORTDOCS%%%%DOCSDIR%%/sh5util.html

I'm building for 13.2.
