Most likely you're not doing anything wrong; you just picked the wrong
week to CVSup your sources...

STABLE is in code slush right now, and various committers are rushing to
get their sources updated before the code freeze for the upcoming
4.4-RELEASE. There's a lot of stuff being uploaded to the CVS
repositories right now, and the odds are you CVSupped right in the
middle of things, and some of your sources are broken.

I'd wait until sometime next week, after things have calmed down. Then
re-CVSup and try the make world again. If you still have problems at
that point, we'll see if we can get you fixed up.
