A long time later snippet at the end appears. Simply put it seems that I'm out of space, but how is that possible. I've installed nothing but apache, php, mysql and the standard defaults during installation. So here's my question. Whets the command to check my file system's space? And is there a system wide function to delete crap similar to what 'make clean' does? ~ Matthew =====[ SNIP ]============== /usr: write failed, file system is full /usr/bin/tar: couldn't write to file xc/fonts/util/8859-7.TXT : No space left on device /usr: write failed, file system is full /usr/bin/tar: couldn't write to file xc/fonts/util/8859-8.TXT : No space left on device /usr: write failed, file system is full /usr/bin/tar: couldn't write to file xc/fonts/util/8859-9.TXT : No space left on device ===> Patching for XFree86-font75dpi-4.2.0 ===> Configuring for XFree86-font75dpi-4.2.0 (cd /usr/ports/x11-fonts/XFree86-4-font75dpi/work/xc/fonts/encodings && imake -DUseInstalled -DProjectRoot=/usr/X11R6 -I/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config -DTOPDIR=../../.. -DCURDIR=.; make Makefiles ; make includes ; make depend) /usr: write failed, file system is full cpp0: stdout: No space left on device imake: Exit code 1.
