FreeBSD is sending NLM_UNLOCKs when mounted read-only. This was discovered because it triggers a bug in NetApp filers where it causes the f= ile to be truncated. We can trigger this reliably when using clamscan to scan virus samples on a readonly NFS mount. Other FreeBSD versions have not been tested, but we did not believe this happened in FreeBSD 9.3. I believe there was a lot of NFS related developme= nt between 9.0 and 10.0, but I am not sure if this bug was introduced because = of those changes. Attached is a pcap showing UNLOCKs sent. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
