Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG When my machine recives an attack on a system port ex: 113 it reboots after about 2 min. Would blocking all udp exept for on port 53 prevent this ? Port 53 does not cause my machine to reboot when being attacked. It seems to me like my kernel is only rebooting my system when it recives a sertain amount of udp packets to a daemon which does not support. How can I patch this ?
