No, I have nicely installed (and reinstalled) CUPS. It occurs that it is
system/ compiler error.

Also I've tried ports' llvm-devel:
clang version 14.0.0

In this case I get this error during configuration. Take a look at line with
CLANG_FULL_VERSION. Somehow it is broken before the actual version string.
So, the actual error is not with CUPS, but with compiler version string.
