This will be fairly simple. Go to http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/install.html first. Get the boot floppy per the instructions. When you proceed through the instructions you will get to a point where you will choose which disk to install on. You choice will probably be wd1, which is the second IDE disk on the system. HTH.
