cups-pstoraster installs epsgs privately.

why? that patch looks mighty odd. it's certainly not necessary on any
other system, bsd or otherwise, that i've heard of.

i suspect your configuration is all messed up. delete all the cups
ports, remove the directories from /usr/local/etc, and then reinstall,
without patching anything. reconfigure everything using the web
interface on port 631.

if that doesn't do it, then (1) cups 1.15.1 is not compatible with 4.5,
or (2) you have something else really messed up and don't know it.

try the above instructions. if that doesn't work, i'd suggest
reinstalling your machine with a newer bsd. something's really wrong
there.
