Of course, that's what it basically does:

	% youtube-dl "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AmvYqE0amg"

It will download the video in the default format (which will
usually be one of the .flv, .mp4, or .webm formats).

	This video is not available. 
	Sorry about that.
